A comprehensive two-hour, client-focused meeting designed to assess the student’s short- and long-term goals, academic strengths, areas for improvement, and involvement in leadership and community service.

• In-depth evaluation of the student’s academic, social, and athletic engagement, with a focus on their potential for growth.
• Thorough review of the student’s career path and work history.
• Detailed analysis of the student’s academic transcript and standardized test scores.
• Customized plan for standardized test preparation, complete with timelines and strategies.
• Step-by-step overview of the graduate school admissions process.
• Curated list of graduate programs for the student to research and assess based on their goals.
• Assessment of the likelihood of acceptance to graduate programs, personalized to the student’s profile.
• Targeted recommendations to enhance university acceptance chances and secure merit-based scholarships.
• The Official Julia Ross College Admissions Handbook, a valuable resource for the application journey.

The Graduate School Admissions Package offers comprehensive support to students throughout the entire admissions journey. From identifying interests and exploring potential programs to targeting universities, developing and editing professional resumes, practicing for interviews, organizing and completing applications, and refining essays, we provide guidance at every step. Our expert, compassionate coaches are dedicated to helping students navigate this complex and high-stakes process, ensuring they are well-prepared and positioned for success, including securing merit-based aid opportunities.

Deliverables include up to 20 hours to be used among the following options:

• Graduate School Admissions Initial Consultation
• Strategic Planning: Our team will collaborate with the student to create a detailed timeline, plan, and strategy for researching, evaluating, and applying to graduate programs.
• Program Selection Decision Matrix (PSDM): Customized research outlining up to 20 potential programs and universities based on the student’s goals, including qualitative and quantitative data. These will be ranked according to admissions probability, helping the student make an informed decision.
• Resume Development and Editing: We’ll refine the student’s resume into a polished, professional one-to-two-page document that effectively communicates their experience and skills.
• Essay Development: We will help the student organize and streamline a large number of essays into three to four cohesive “essay pyramids” that address similar themes while varying in word count. A substantial portion of the package will be dedicated to writing, revising, and refining these essays to ensure clarity, impact, and alignment with each program’s requirements
• Interview Preparation: Customized coaching to prepare the student for in-person, virtual, and blind-video interviews, with strategies tailored to each format to ensure confidence and performance.
• Final program choice: The PT coach will provide expert guidance in helping the student make their final decision on which graduate program to pursue, ensuring it aligns with their academic goals and career aspirations.
