How does your program work?
We begin with a consultation to get to know you. In our first meeting, we will lay out a plan with specific steps and objectives.
What are the differences between Take Flight and A New Leaf?
Generally, Take Flight is used by college students and recent graduates. Our more experienced professionals usually opt for A New Leaf. We are proud that all of our clients have been successful in their job searches and promotions.
What if no one wants to hire me?
We all probably fear this in our first jobs or after a job loss. We are here to help with a history of success.
I have worked for the US Government for my entire career and my resume/CV is 13 pages. Can you help rewrite this to fit private industry standards?
Yes, we are very good at shortening resumes to two pages. We often ask industry contacts to review the resume with the client’s name removed.
I was pushed out of a job and had to accept a lower-level position. Can you help me frame this issue so that it does not look so bad?
We all have had career and other struggles and we do understand. We will work with you to frame your changes so that they make sense in your career context. Sometimes less information is better in job search conversations with employers.
