Math and Science Tutors
Part-time: Approximately 4-10+ hours/week
We have opportunities over the summer and throughout the academic year for tutoring Calculus and other high school subjects, as well as serving as assistant instructors for our SAT/ACT prep classes.

Program Support Specialist/College Admissions Counselor
Part-time: Approximately 15-20 hours/week (may be more to start)

Responsibilities:
Short-Term
- Research college admissions topics, as assigned
- Set up (including scheduling and invitations) and support staff with college coaching workshops. (Approximately 30 workshops for students and parents covering the topics of resume building, admissions interview skills, college application essay writing, and application organization)
- Clerical duties as assigned to include photocopying, filing, answering phones, collating, and sorting materials
Growth Potential
- Support SAT/ACT Preparation and College Coaching programs
- Update database and maintain detailed spreadsheets
- Schedule, update and manage year-round client correspondence system
- Brainstorm, edit, and proofread Student Resumes and college application essays
- Conduct mock interviews with students, including debrief/coaching session and detailed written report
- Assist with classroom instruction on occasion, special projects, and presentations
- Assist with marketing and advertising activities to promote the business
- Assist with projects as directed by Principal
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (experience in educational/academic environment a plus)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Writing, editing, and proofreading experience
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
